Biologist, pharmacologist and science communicator, Elena Cattaneo is the Italian woman of stem cells. In fact, her career led her to work for many years at MIT in Boston, where she began her long journey of research into stem cells and Huntington’s Korea, a neurodegenerative genetic disease.
