Elise François is a young and promising geologist who works within the Team of High Temperature Processes and Industrial Ecology within the department of Sustainable Metals Processing and Recycling of the KUL (Catholic University of Louvain). She aids in developing a sustainable future from the perspective of the mining industry. More specifically, how to develop innovative processes in order to transform them towards engineered materials while considering the sustainability of the envisaged process and the fate of metals.
